GDP Unexpected Network Issue Today (2/18/2014)

There was an unexpected sporadic network issue today between 8:35AM – 12:15PM CST.  You and your students may have experienced the following:

  • Not being able to log into the system
  • Message about your school’s GDP domain not existing
  • A network connection error message

Those issues should have been resolved as of 12:15pm CST on 2/18/2014.  There remains an issue with students who were previously registered in GDP becoming unregistered students and being asked to enter a registration code.  Our developers are diligently working on resolving this, and we will provide updates on this blog post.

Update:  As of 11:35AM CST on 2/19/2014, access for students who have been previously registered have been restored.  This particular issue was due to the fact that some students inadvertently received temporary codes that expired on 2/15/2014.  All of the impacted students were reinstated as fully registered students and should be able to access GDP to complete their assignments.
