GDP Unexpected Network Issue (5/21/2014)

There was an unexpected sporadic network issue between 5:02PM – 5:18PM CST and 5:37PM – 5:47PM CST on 5/21/2014.  You and your students may have experienced the following:

  • Not being able to log into the system
  • Message about your school’s GDP domain not existing
  • A network connection error message

These issues have been resolved as of 5:47pm CST on 5/21/2014. We have added additional monitoring so that the root cause doesn’t happen again. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.  Should you or your students experience any other issues, please contact our Customer Experience Group.
