Unexpected System Downtime – 6/12/2014

There was an unexpected configuration issue between 7:10PM – 7:27PM CST on 6/12/2014.  You and your students may have experienced the following:

  • Not being able to log into the system
  • Message about your school’s domain not existing
  • A blank login screen

These issues have been resolved as of 7:27PM CST on 6/12/2014. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.  Should you or your students experience any other issues, please contact our Customer Experience Group.
