GDP Unexpected Network Issue on 8/27/2015 – Resolved

There was an unexpected network issue with our hosting provider on 8/27/2015.

The following outlines the timeline of events relating to the issue:

  • 4:45PM Central – Users were unable to interact with the Document Processing exercises and Resources.
  • 6:00PM Central – Users were unable to consistently load GDP
  • 7:10PM Central – The issue was resolved; All services fully available.
